One of my favourite French desserts ever is the melt-in-your-mouth, gooey chocolate heaven that is the Fondant au Chocolat. So I might have made Ben find a way to make it for me in the UK….. The result is this fantastic, cheap and easy, chocolate cake.
It is so good that it would be rude not to share it far and wide, which is what we’ve done. So if you head over to Honest Mum’s blog you’ll be able to find the chocolate dream there:
The recipe as shared by “Honest Mum” shows flour as an ingredient but fails to mention it in the method – any help appreciated
Hi Dave,
Thanks for pointing this out and sorry about that! Vicki from Honest Mum will be adding it shortly – it should be the last thing that gets mixed together, once you’ve mixed everything, including the eggs. You then need to add the flour and whisk some more.
I hope you enjoy it!
